Articles about Careers, Leadership and Work Life
Welcome to the January-March 2008 issue of Coaching and Consulting.
The new year brings with it a respite from the hectic holiday season, a new vigor both at work and home - and often resolutions. More often than not, these resolutions are forgotten before the end of January and life goes on as usual. Whether you make resolutions or not, the new year is a good time to think about YOUR career, YOUR leadership effectiveness (or lack of it) and YOUR work life.
Careers: your current and future career. The careers of those who you manage. And even the careers of those in your own personal network.
Leadership: Let's face it - there is alot of discussion about leadership due to the upcoming US elections and the recent dismissal of some high powered CEOs. But leadership is a personal development issue also. How can each of us be the most effective leader possible.
Work Life: There is always alot of talk about work life quality of lack of it. There is no one right answer. It is as individual as a freshly formed winter snow flake.
Whether you are facing the biting winds, surrounded by palm trees blowing in the balmy breeze or somewhere in between, we welcome you to COACHING AND CONSULTING, January-March 2008.
As always, we look forward to reading your comments and ideas.
